is a Clergyman, and an internationally certified and recognized Professor. He is the presiding Bishop, President, Founder & Chancellor of Grace Theological Seminary.
He is a widely travelled teacher, mentor, educator and preacher of the undiluted word of God. He has been tremendously favored by God to be a lasting blessing to the Body of Christ in globally.
He is a writer and has authored several inspirational books.
He runs several ministerial trainings in in every geographical location of the World. He is also a resource to many tertiary institutions being endowed with wisdom, intelligence and understanding.
Prof Rudolph is a Liberian who hails from Nimba County. A resident of Pipeline, Wein Community, Paynesville City, Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia.
He was born on December 28, 1985, to the union of Mr. and Mrs. David Betty Kwanue; at Beo Gbehnelay Town, Nimba County, in the Republic of Liberia. Interestingly, he is an educationalist.

2020 August 31th, he received his third PhDs; Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Education DP.Edu. From Living Waters Eastern Bible University USA. Professor Rudolph was honored with
Honorary Doctorate Degree in Church Administration from Grace international Bible University as a Founder Father.

Bishop Prof. Rudolph Q. Kwanue, Sr. is happily married to Rev. Mrs Rita N. Kwanue since January 2, 2002, and they are blessed with five sons, Rudolph Jr. Abel, Timothy, Daniel and Happy Zlahnkerwom Kwanue.
